Order Processing
Most items are fulfilled and ready to ship within 3-5 business days. On occasion, processing delays may occur. If you need your product to arrive by a specific time, please contact us prior to ordering.
Although we do our best to keep our inventory current, occasionally an item may be out of stock. In cases of back-ordered merchandise, you will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order and given an estimate of when the item will be in-stock.
Sales Tax
California residents will be charged the applicable State Sales Tax which is currently 7.5%. The tax will be calculated and added to your order during the checkout process.
Delivery & Shipping
All orders, up to 70 lbs., are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. Orders totaling $100.00 and under (before sales tax, if applicable) will incur a shipping fee of $8.95. Free shipping on orders over $100.00. Package delivery takes 2-3 days.
Order Tracking
After your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will be contacted via email with a tracking number. Please keep the tracking number for your records as Casanova Wear is not responsible for your item once it has been shipped. Orders over $100.00 will be insured.
Refund Policy
We do NOT issue refunds. Casanova Wear is committed to producing quality products and we adhere to strict standards of quality control. We stand behind our products and will replace or repair any defects.
All custom order sales are final.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 24 hours. After 24 hours, all sales are final.
